At Cart420, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchases. However, if you need to return any items for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Cart420.
Shipping Charges
Depending on the reason for the return, either Cart420 or the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. Once the return process is initiated, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund upon our receipt of the item. For returns due to other reasons, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Free Shipping Returns
If you qualified for free shipping on your order but later return the items for a refund, standard shipping charges and fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Conditions
- New and Unused: All items must be returned in new, unused condition. Used items will not be refunded.
- Return by Mail: Start your return by contacting our customer service at support@cart420.com with your order number and reason for return. Allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
- Credit Processing: All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Gift Card and E-Gift Card payments will be credited as store credit if the merchant does not approve returns. Promotions, discounts, offers, and coupons will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. A confirmation email will be sent once the return is processed, and the credit may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Damaged/Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the manufacturer through their warranty process first. If the response is unsatisfactory, forward their response to us at support@cart420.com. We will cover shipping costs for the return, and once the item is received, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. If you wish to reorder the product, please place a new order.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect items, we will replace them at no charge. Start the return process by emailing support@cart420.com. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the incorrect items. Once received, the correct items will be shipped within 48 hours.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, minus return shipping charges, will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
