Order Shipping Timeline
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST will ship the same day, excluding weekends. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and your card will not be charged. To track your order status, click the “MY ACCOUNT” link at the top or bottom of the page. We prioritize processing for customers with paid shipping. A tracking email will be sent once your order ships, indicating it is ready for shipment. Delivery times are estimated and may vary by carrier.
Note: During busy holiday seasons, processing can take up to 24 business hours. We process orders from 9:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST on weekdays and do not process orders on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to most U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally. Shipping is restricted to certain states and cities due to local laws.
Tracking Your Order
Registered members can track orders from their account page. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the order ships. Delivery confirmation updates only when the package reaches a sorting facility or local post office. For delivery issues, please contact your local post office.
Address Issues and Lost Packages
Please review your shipping address carefully. Errors may cause delays or returns, and we will not reship until the order is returned and the reshipping cost is paid. Lost or undelivered packages are not our responsibility; please resolve these issues with the carrier. Report shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Undeliverable packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
